Deal & Contract Review

60 min·Microsoft Teams·$750

Bring the draft. We go clause by clause on the economics and the term. This is a business read, not legal advice - you still take it to your attorney.

Send the link when you book, at least 48 hours ahead. The agreement is read before the call so the hour goes to the clauses rather than a first pass.

Reschedule or cancel free up to 48 hours before your session. Inside 48 hours the fee is non-refundable, but you can move the session once to any open time within 60 days. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
